Remyremy

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Remy (“Remy,” “we,” “us”), an AI coaching service delivered over text message. By subscribing or texting Remy, you agree to these Terms. Questions: remyadhd@gmail.com.

Remy is not a medical or mental-health service. It is a productivity and accountability coach. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or treatment, and is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or may be a danger to yourself or others, contact emergency services or call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US).

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Remy.

What Remy is

Remy sends you check-ins, reminders, and accountability by text message, and helps you track goals and tasks. Messages are delivered over iMessage or SMS/RCS depending on your device and carrier, and Remy works on both iPhone and Android. Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Use your own judgment; you are responsible for your decisions and actions.

Messaging consent

By subscribing and connecting your phone, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Remy at the number you verify. Messages may be delivered as SMS or RCS rather than iMessage, in which case standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply — Remy does not charge for individual messages, but your mobile plan may. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase beyond the service itself. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or START to resume. Reply HELP or email us for help. Note that opting out of messages stops the texts but does not cancel your subscription — cancel that from your account page.

Subscription, trial & billing

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account page, by texting Remy, or by emailing remyadhd@gmail.com. Cancellation stops future billing; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don't use Remy for anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers

Remy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that Remy will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remy and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the service. We'll post the new date here and, for material changes, give notice. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Confirm your state and any arbitration/venue terms with a lawyer.]
